I’m a single mother of three children, who struggled with my own weight. As I started my health and fitness journey I found out I was very passionate about this topic and wanted to learn how to help others. My background includes: gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, and dance. I was a semi-professional dancer for the Iowa Blackhawk’s Arena Football Team. My other hobbies consist of singing, writing, reading,and cooking.
By using my education, leadership skills and overall qualities to aid people to have a better quality of life and develop self-efficacy. I graduated from Vatterott College with my Certificate in Personal Training from NSCA. I am a Holistic Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor for over 12 years. Specializting in MixxedFit, Zumba, Xtreme Hip-Hop, TRX, HIIT, Cycling, and many more.
There are so many things in life that we take for granted. Our body is one of them. Health and fitness is more than just exercise and eating healthy. It is a combination of rest, relaxation, faith, and happiness. Health and fitness takes hard work, commitment, dedication, and guidance. You also need the right support system to motivate and cheer you on. I’m here to do just that! I love to help people reach their health and fitness goals. My goal is to help turn personal goals into life long habits and a new lifestyle.
